Unita

The Unita is the longest of our cottages at 24 feet. We started with the Ynez, redesigned the kitchen, lengthened the shed dormers, added a Tansu stair, and introduced a gable roof above a side entry. The eight-foot kitchen counter is flanked by an abundance of under-stair storage, as well as a full height refrigerator/freezer, oven compartment, and easy loft access.

You also have ample space at the aft end of the cottage for a twin or daybed for an additional sleeping or lounging area.
